Christ Awaits cohort groups meet bi-weekly from January 5, 2021- February 16, 2021. Before participating in these discussion groups, please make sure to view the pre-recorded content that was released the week prior. The themes of those workshops directly corollate to the themes of the cohort conversations.

Building Awareness Cohort is offered from 1:00pm – 3:00pm CT on January 5 and January 19 and from 3:00pm – 5:00pm CT on February 2 and February 16. 

Looking for Tools Cohort is offered from 1:00pm – 3:00pm CT on January 5, January 19, February 2, and February 16. 

Week 1: A Vision for Change: discuss the importance of discernment, organizational culture, change management, and group buy-in. Learn how to identify stakeholders and overcome obstacles to growth. 

Week 2: Collaboration and Stewardship: rethink how to use resources and contemplate what resources are at your disposal. Explore the importance of collaboration within your team and larger community. 

Week 3: Living into Mission: discover the importance of remaining centered on mission. Learn how to accompany your community as your move towards mission. 

Week 4: Tools for Engagement: explore new resources and discover new ways to engage your community.
